Betty Jean Benbow, 92, August 1, 2020, resident of the Southwest Side of Chicago-Clearing neighborhood for over 60 years, beloved wife of the late Clarence Benbow; devoted mother of Janet (William) Morenzoni; loving grandmother of Larry Crites, Nick (Danielle) Morenzoni, and Maureen (Tim) Jones; fond great grandmother of Leo, Isabella, Sophia, Conor, and Vivian; preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Pindro Evans; fond sister of Steve Evans, preceded in death by John Evans, Ann Zydorcak, Ida Baka, and Jim Evans; dear aunt of many.
Betty enjoyed yoga and her neighborhood walks with her lady friends.
Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, where family and friends will gather on Wednesday, August 5, 2020, from 9 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 12 noon. Interment Resurrection Cemetery.
