Patrick J. King, age 95, of LaGrange Park, passed away on September 21, 2021 at his home surrounded by his loving family. Born on March 4, 1926 in Miltown Malbay, County Clare, Ireland, he was the beloved husband of Helen, nee O'Finn, married 69 years. Loving father of Patrick (Sheila), Maureen (Philip) Moore, Kevin, Brian (Kathleen), and Brendan. Dear grandfather of Mary Ellen (Kevin) Kenealy, Patrick (Kelsey) Moore, Kathleen, Philip (Elizabeth) Moore, Colleen, Maggie, Bridget Adams King, Michael, Mary Clare, Margaret, and Devontay. Great grandfather of Maeve, Sean, Fiona, and Clara. Fond brother of Michael (Rose), John (Eileen) , Ann (John) Healy, and Teresa Duffy. He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Margaret, and siblings Mary (Seamus) Brennan, Nora (Thomas) Nagle, Sr. Margaret Michael, Bridget (Michael) Lally and Thomas (Peggy) King. He will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, godchildren, friends and neighbors.
Visitation Monday September 27, 2021 8:30 A.M. - 10:30 A.M. at Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd., 9445 West 31st Street, Brookfield, IL. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 A.M. at St. Louise de Marillac Church, 1144 Harrison Avenue, La Grange Park, IL.
